These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Alojoeste Lisboa website and the services provided through it. By using this website or making a reservation, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms described below. We recommend that you read this document carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1. Alojoeste Lisboa refers to the company responsible for managing local accommodations, as well as providing the website and associated services.
1.2. Client/Guest refers to the person who makes a reservation and enjoys the accommodation services provided by Alojoeste Lisboa.
1.3. Property refers to the local accommodation selected by the Client on the Alojoeste Lisboa platform.

2. Use of the Website

2.1. The website is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. By using it, the visitor agrees not to:
* Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the content without prior authorization;
* Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
* Introduce viruses or other technology that could compromise the security of the website.

3. Reservations

3.1. All reservations made through the website are automatically confirmed.
3.2. The reservation confirmation will be sent by email with the property details, stay dates, and payment conditions.
3.3. By making a reservation, the Client declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse reservations that do not comply with the usage requirements or in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment

4.1. All prices shown include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment can be made by credit card or other methods available on the website.
4.3. To confirm the reservation, full payment is required.

5. Cancellation and Refund

5.1. If the Client wishes to cancel a reservation, a cancellation fee will apply, according to the following deadlines:
* Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in: full refund.
* Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.

5.2. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in exceptional circumstances, such as property unavailability due to unforeseen causes or breach of contract by the owner. Whenever possible, we will suggest alternatives or provide a full refund.

6. Property Usage Rules

6.1. During the stay, the Client agrees to:
* Act responsibly and respect the conditions of use of the property;
* Not exceed the maximum number of occupants allowed;
* Keep the property in good condition and immediately inform Alojoeste of any damage caused.

6.2. The Client will be responsible for any damage to the property resulting from negligence or misuse during the stay.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Personal data provided during the reservation process will be used only to manage the reservation and comply with legal obligations.
7.2. Alojoeste complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and undertakes not to share personal data with third parties without the Client's consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Alojoeste is not responsible for cases of force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, power outages) that may affect the stay or the use of the website.
8.2. We are not responsible for personal items left or lost on the properties.
8.3. Despite our efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website, typographical errors or omissions may occur. Alojoeste reserves the right to correct errors or change information without prior notice.

9. Complaints

9.1. If the Client has a complaint related to the stay or contracted services, they must communicate it to Alojoeste within a maximum of 24 hours after check-in.
9.2. We will resolve the problems presented promptly and work with the Client to find a suitable solution.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

10.1. Alojoeste reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, with the changes being published on the website.
10.2. We recommend that Clients regularly review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any updates.

11. Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
11.2. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
